Coaching INC's Aims and Objectives are:

• To provide a network and forum for existing and new independent coaches mutually supporting, advocating and developing an independent coaching infrastructure.

• To raise the awareness and profile of coaching in the business and general community for the benefit of all its members. 

• To work on charitable community projects, individual member’s time and business permitting, that will benefit the disadvantaged and/or the underprivileged. 

• To provide the opportunity to share, where appropriate, powerful coaching tools and techniques that are tried, tested and proven to work.

• To gain valuable business building ideas through shared knowledge and expertise.

• To act as a focal point for its members and the coaching industry by the collective provision and promotion of its services and the benefits thereof and by attendance at events and exhibitions, as deemed necessary.
   
• To maximise the potential of communication and networking among its membership.

• Discuss and debate topical issues from within the coaching industry, such as supervision, accreditation, trends, etc., in order to produce and provide best practice.
