In conjunction with the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, Coaching INC has become a Charter Holder and a Delivery Partner in the Plymouth Better Together Project.

By participating in this, Coaching INC is demonstrating that we wish to provide practical committment to improving Plymouth as part of our social responsibility and to assist businesses with sustainable practices.

Plymouth needs businesses and the community to work together in four sectors, Healthy, Wealthy, Safe and Stronger, Wise.

• Healthy - Improving wealth, health, wellbeing and social care for staff, the workplace and the wider world.
• Wealth - Developing a more enterprising, vibrant and diverse local economy by increasing efficiency and employability and supporting the wider economy.
• Safe and Stronger - Reducing Crime and disorder and the fear of crime by increasing accessibility and inclusion, tackling deprivation and the causes of crime by working with schools.
• Wise - Providing quality opportunities in education, learning and training for staff, the wider community and young people.
