June is a qualified, supervised and insured Life and Business Coach with a track record of successfully working with self-employed people, dancers, choreographers, Directors/staff of SMEs, Mums returning to work and individuals who are looking to change career and/or direction. June has always valued the opportunity to work with people and support them in achieving their personally defined goals.
Having trained as a dancer since the age of 4, June became an Estate Agent! She then trained as an Arts Manager and from 1989 onwards has worked with theatre and dance companies.
Since 1990, June has successfully run her own business, supporting people with major life decisions, including career changes, relocation, career development, financial issues and life/work balance.
In 2002, June trained to become a professional Life and Business Coach with the Newcastle College Company. She now offers both face-to-face and telephone coaching from her bases in London and the West Country.
In addition, June works with small organisations in developing their business plans, management teams and operational systems, specifically focusing on time management, office and appraisal systems, internal and external communication.
June is currently an Associate Coach with Optima Workplace Ltd , a founder member of IDMN (Independent Dance Managers' Network) and a founder member of Coaching INC.

Grace Chatting is Co-Director of PCRC (Plymouth Counselling and Relationship Coaching). Her background as a senior Social Worker with children and families naturally developed into her becoming a BACP accredited Counsellor, LSC recognised Family Mediator and more recently a Personal and Relationship Coach.
Grace has set up and maintained a successful private practice over the last 15 years and during that time has enabled more than 10,000 people to find a greater sense of meaning, purpose and fulfilment in their lives. Alan Chatting is a Personal and Business Coach. He is in business with his friend Steve Scott as CSP Coaching LLP, and is a founder member of Coaching INC, the new network for life and business coaches in Plymouth. He has a warm character and is an enthusiastic life and business coach, passionate about personal change and growth. He is also Co-Director, with his wife Grace, of Plymouth Counselling and Relationship Coaching, and they run life coaching groups together in Spain.
Alan spent the first part of his career in education. He has more than 30 years experience working with children, adults, couples and young people. Alan has trained in couple work with Katie Hendricks. He has been leading groups of all sorts for over 25 years. During his career he has been a teacher, a counsellor, a manager and a coach. He has also worked as a barman, a delivery driver, a builder’s labourer and a chauffeur. This experience of change helps him to support others to change and grow. He has matched his experience with a wide range of practical and academic training.
He is a voluntary mentor for jobseekers with A4e in Plymouth. He is also involved in voluntary work with Shekinah Mission and is Chair of Trustees of the Eating Disorder Service, an organisation he managed for some years. He has lived in Plymouth for 35 years and is married with 3 adult children.

Les started out after school as an apprentice electrical fitter, gaining indentures in the trade whilst also attending university to qualify with 1st class honours in Electrical Engineering followed by a Masters degree. He then joined the Ministry of Defence as a member of the Royal Naval Engineering Service working in several locations and in various management areas including equipment and system design, ship and nuclear submarine refitting, nuclear refuelling and testing. He transferred to DML in 1987 and was appointed as project manager for a stream of nuclear submarine refits. After four years in this capacity, wishing to work more closely with the future needs of his son Jack, then six years old, Les took voluntary redundancy and joined the national charity SCOPE working at Trengweath School in Plymouth. He first worked as Administrator and later Head of Establishment. Also during this time Les worked as Chairman and Managing Director of an engineering company in Plymouth helping the team to turn it from virtual insolvency to profitability. During his time with Scope, Les worked in many aspects of service delivery and support for children and young people with complex disabilities including as a registered manager. In recent years he progressed to be the senior project manager in the national Scope Property Team, responsible for sales, acquisitions and major school and residential service refurbishment projects.
Les’s voluntary work has also seen him serve as Treasurer for several charities and he is currently the voluntary Finance Director for the Saltash Gateway Community Interest Company.
Les qualified as a Life, Business and Executive coach at The Iron Mill Institute, in July 2009 and has begun a new career in coaching. He specialises in a coaching approach involving metaphor, story and verse and intends to work in the South West with both individuals, the authorities and businesses.
Les has formed a new company L K Solutions Limited and became a member of Coaching Inc. in March 2009.
